We have a QV Server/Publisher 11 with tasks to reload and distribute our applications. We launch this with triggers (one on schedule à 4AM each day, and the others on success from the previous task).
It worked fine for a few weeks, but today, nothing happened. And when we run the task by ourself, the triggers "on success" didn't work the first time we tried it.
