please, is it possible to create this type of graph, it is not present in the style proposed by qlikview.

indeed you can use the gauge chart; check below image:

play with the Mode and Style in the Presentation tab

Go To Chart Properties >>Select Guage Chart >>Style>>Presentation follow the below Screenshots.

Change your colors accordingly.
