I am running into a glitch and I am not sure the best fix. I have created a US SVG Map extension, and I am looking to turn it into a heat map based off of losses in different states. When I input sum(loss) in the measure property, it causes my popup content to disregard my choices, ie if losses are only in CA and TX, if you hover over FL, it will show the total losses of FL for the two years.
When I take out the measure property, the heat map obviously goes away, but so does the problem for the pop up content. Is there a setting I am missing, or another property to properly set up the heat map?
