Unexpected exception occurred when refreshing the page

We've installed IAS server and everything went fine until we pressed F5 to refresh the page. It doesn't matter how we refresh the page, either way we get the same result.

If we close the browser and access the page again, everything will be ok until the next refreshing.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Any help will be appreciated.

Apparently, just installing Qlikview Server 12.10 solved the problem.
