Unique Attendees

Hi,

I have a scenerio like :

In my organisation I am conducting training in Apr and No. of Attendees are 200 and In May 150 but 30 are common. Now I want the month wise cummulative, but some Attendees are common in may month and I want the unique no. of Attendees .  Output will be like this.

Apr - 200

May - 200+150 = 350 but Unique Attendees are 350 - 30 = 320

Simmilarly it will go till current month of this year.

Please suggest how to do the same.

If you will see the data - Apr - Unique is - 417

and May - 461 but in May month 50 attendees are common which was in april. So Commulative should be for Apr and May - 828

Hi Amit,

there should be some attendees id to check who have attending in which month..

the data attached here does not have such information... how would you know that in Apr and May 50 attendees were common.

hi,

I do agree with Sushil353 as we should have an key which identifies the common attendees once you found then you can simply subtract that with your expression.

Without sustraction can we write an Aggr Expresion.
