Update excel file with macro QV

Hello,

I work on a QV file that is powered by an Excel file, which itself is an extraction of a Access database.

I go through an Excel file through because I need to add fields to the existing Access table and add them directly to ask Access some problems.

I would like to find a way in QV update (via a macro in particular) both the Excel file and QV.
