@OzonePharma Can you please elaborate on what you mean by 'Created users' in Qlik Server? Are you using DMS or NTFS for authorization? For Directory service connector are you using AD, LDAP or Local Users?

Since you say that you created the users and not imported or synced I'm wondering if you mean Custom users. That is the only user type where you actually create the users. If so here is a great article about that.
