User specific reports and desktop widgets

Hi.

We would like to create a desktop widget/gadget for mac and windows that shows user specific reports.

Also, we would like to use integrated authentication (detect the user logged into the machine) to identify the user so they dont have to enter credentials.

Is this something we can do with QlikV? if so, where do I start?

For detecting the user login, try: =osuser()
