Is there a way that we can, by a table limit a user to see only some of the selections in the system.
Ex UserA can see all companies, UserB can only see/select Comp1 & 2
It would, if this is possible of course be great if we can associate this security with the windows login .....
I think what you are looking for is Section Access. There have been a few discussions on this board recently.
And, to associate user security with windows login, you have to use NTNAME is section access. No need for USERID and PASSWORD.
You can also use Publisher Reduction, if you have Publisher Enterprise.
