Utilising FullImageUrl field in Salesforce

Hi:

I am wondering has anyone try to use the FullImageUrl field in User object in Salesforce?

I want to display the user profile picture in the dashboard but it does not work.

It would be great if anyone can teach me how to make it work.

I know settings in textbox to use URLs but the url in this field don't show the picture.

I think it is because the URLs are not public and require login detail. But I don't know what to do next.
