Webview QvAjaz script error

I encountered script error when creating a new sheet object in webview.

The situation is similar to the post: Can't add New Sheet Object in Webview

However I have already updated to the latest version SR11 but still no luck....

Appreciate any latest update or idea.  Thank you.
