What are default security properties we should enable for the user ?

(1)      Dear Experts,

          (a)What are default properties can be enabled to users from below as general practice?

  (b) is there any consequences by enabling Access Sheet properties & Access Sheet Object Properties for all users ?

for a)

1.It depends on customer requirement.

2. Mostly all these property will be unchecked.

for b)

yes. We shouldn't leave the user to go for properties and access the layout, dimension and expression related things.

If it neccessary for the user to check this all we can enable it. again it depends on customer requirement.
