What is the error in expression - qvw attached

Hi,

I have attached a qvw in which I have created two table charts. One with IF and one with SET, both are showing different results/no of records (should be the same results).

Can someone advise me what mistake I am doing in my SET expression?

Please reply ASAP, I need to fix this issue right today.
