Where did Power Tools go?

Does anyone have an alternative link?

@calebjlee - fair question from @bnichol - Can we get this back please?

For a context - in the past we had the same wrong assumption from some moderators that very old posts/tools/articles should be removed. This is not correct and that practice should not have place as those old articles and tools still apply nowadays and are very useful. In fact only spam/junk and AI generated rubbish should be removed.
