Why does a parameter convert to a variable?

Hi,

In previous release this problem was desappeared. But now on release12.10.20100.0 SR3 it come backs.

This cause a memory leak because create a lot of variables hard to destroy.

Some hint? Need a bug fix? Perhaps I don't understand very well the sub mechanism.

Please someone helps me.
