Why the on-demand request Failed

I have a .qvw that used extension objects including np queue and np report ,and when i click the run report button ,the np quere get error below:

Failed. unexpected error occured during  on-demand request execution. Job:Task:Message  :connection error to XXXX.qvw：Unspecified error

But i can run the task in np very well,and no error.

Why do this error happen ? Where do i get the log for detail?

Who can help me?
