Why the reload job failed

Hi All,

I found out when the memory is up to the specific size like 15GB(totally is 16GB) in the server, then the reload job will be failed?

How to solve this problem, my server version is QV 11 SR2.

Hi,

It all seems to point to a lack of memory available in your computer. However, the task logs will specify the nature of the issue and when it happened exactly, plus the script logfile (Desktop, Settings, General, Generate Logfile) will help you to understand what is going wrong.

Without that information, all what we can do is guessing.
