Windows server 2012 and Qv 11.2 server

Be sure that you install the right Service Release of QlikView 11.2 that actually supports Windows 2012. Not all SR's of QlikView 11.20 do...

There is just benefits as far as I have experienced by going from Windows 2008 R2 to Windows 2012.
