Wrong Sum Without Sum all rows!

Hi,

I don't know how to correct this.

I'm calculating an expression (see attached) and give 1 answered.

When I change to Sum all rows, it gave the correct answer, but the division on column continuous wrong.

Can anyone help me?

chart properties ---> dimension ----> "uncheck" Suppress When Value is Null

you'll see what is hapening:)
