YTD BUDGET calculation

Hi i have the following keys attaching budget to Sales - YearMonth

i have also budget year and month as dimensions on the budgettable.

i wish to create a YTD calculation for Budget but however have not been able to get it right.

see calculation below;

=SUM({<BudgetYear={'$(vMaxBudgetYear)'},Date2={'<=$(vMaxDate)'},Month=,Day=,[BudgetYearMonth]=>}BudgetSEK)

i have attached my document for further reference.

Budget value should be 23 M , not 84 (total).
