Year Over Year comparison chart

Hi Team,

Thanks In advance.

I need to create a Combo chart which shall display the current year Sales as monthly distribution in bar and %growth of sales to last years month (eg (jan 2018 - Jan 2017)/Jan 2017 *100) in line chart for the last year months.I have Sales month dimensioni format Jan2017,Feb 2017  and so on till Oct 2018
