before functionality in pivot table

Hi All,

i am using before function in pivot table with 3 dimensions. My expression is as below

if(columnno()=1, Sum(Qty), Before ([inv])) --inv is one of my expression

When i select some values in the dimension am getting proper values as per the expression defined. But without selection am not getting the values proper, giving some random.

How do i get without selection.

when i select source 165A,

when i dont select somewhere i get right values but not proper

What do you mean? that the values are right but not proper? What is proper?

In 2nd table, i have not selected source 165A, for some months am getting before values of inv is correct for some other it's not correct
