calendar object descending year

How can i change the calendar object display of year into descending order? Please see image below.

I don't think this is possible, but I would like to hear some expert comments as well.

Thanks again Rakesh. Another thing is i cannot use the horizontal scroll bar to view the years, only the arrow up-down keys.
