change Y axis scale

I have a bar graph and I like to change the Y axis. Currently, the Y axis display 30000... and 1000.. and etc.

As a result, I do not know what the Y scale is. Is there a way to force it to display the scale I specified.

go to Chart properties >.In the axes Tab>>

U can define the scale u want:

Static min:

Static max:

Static step:
