conditional bar chart

HI people,

I have a requirement to create a bar chart based on month as a dimension   to calculate  pmis_availability%

has two filters in list box  pmis_shop

and one more filter that calendar month.

The requirement is like this for current if there is no data then it should display 100%

find below excel to for data.

on selection if there is no data for pmis_shop for that month then it should show 100

average we are calculating here
