control number lost for license key

Hi Everyone ....

we are qlik partners and the issue is to get back the Control number of a client due to format the server  we need to install the qlikview desktop again.

But now we forget  the control number of the client

now by logged into the support portal I'm trying to get this but not able to ...

Can any one help me out of this scenario.
