converting rows to columns

Is there any way to convert the rows in to columns. I have used cross table to conver the columns in to rows and it is working fine.............

Take a look at the Transform > Rotate > Transpose functionality in the file wizard.

But the solution will work only when you are file as the datasource.......

I am pulling the data from the database and want to know is there any option for the same..............
