creating a Table with Sum in Qlikview

I am new to Qlikview. Just beginer trying to learn.

I have  Below table. 

I want to Sum all Taxes together based on Bill Number.  Note the Sub Total and  Total Amount are grouped based on Bill Number. So this I can calculate and fill or use as it is.

How do I do it?
