creating a pivot table with static columns

Hi all,

Am new to Qlikview and am stuck in a scenario where I have to migrate a reporting application in OBI to Qlikview. A sample table looks like below.

I needed help on creating such a table. I have taken the option of Pvot table to depict this.

Columns B,C,D,E, are fetched from database, while the column A has to be added synthetically .

Please help on achieving this.
