data filter in list box level

Hi....

I have a month column having data from Jan to Dec and i am taking this as List box, my requirement is i need to use one button to disply last 3 months(Apr, May, Jun),  of data 6 months(Apr, May, Jun) and  displying last 9 months it has to show last year Oct , Nov , Dec data and this year Jan to Jun at a time by one clik ...is it possible?

No, it's impossible with that data to use the Month field. Use the Day field instead. See attached example.
