delimit the data

Hi i am need of your help for completing my project.

I recently started working with ODAG , for some reason the data i am trying to access for one particular field is limited to 1000 ,  my manager dont want that to be limited , he wants all the data from the table. how can i resolve this?

can some one please help me with this.

I see the below error when i try to fetch the more than 1000 , please help me in  fixing this. this makes my project to get finished.
