I'm trying to design some screen layouts for a client who uses Qlikview 10 but can't find any advice on things like screen dimensions, background graphics, custom graphics/buttons etc. Does such a thing exist? At the moment it's all guess work and seeing what's on demo sites. Any advice? Thanks
