detaching a table with a filter

Hello,

Is it possible to detach a table with a filter. Indeed, a filter is applied on the sheet but I would like for one of the tables it is not.

In fact it would be a count of the number of product for a selected area (eg a state of the United States) and adjacent to the territories (eg the US).
