difference between concatenate and add load

hi all,

Kindly explain me the difference between concatenate and add load.As both performs the functions in similar way,i cant differentiate it.

Hi

Add Load is used in "Partial Reload".

Concatenate is used to concatenate both tables and used in the Reload.
