documents disappearing in accesspoint

Hi,

We have add two nodes in a cluster and the server has started to behave quite strange. If we access the access point, sometimes documents from node1 appear but from node 2 that dont appear. If we press f5 few times, then the documents from node2 appear but they disappear form node1. If we remove one of the nodes from the cluster, then it seems to work fine

Can someone please tell me what could be wrong with it
