QMSEDX.exe -task="ETL_TRAINING.qvw" -qms="http://QVAPPT01:4799/QMS/Service" -password="1234"

the error - tasknotfound

do you know what should i write in the task name?

Your task name also needs to include the full folder location as defined in the Documents section of the QMC, as well as the filename.
