erreur PDF printer not found

Bonsoir tout le monde,

J'ai commencé récemment à travailler sur qlikview, et j'ai rencontré le problème suivant.

J'ai crée un rapport au niveau de mon application Qv, après je me suis connectée dans le serveur pour éditer mon rapport en PDF.

Mais j'arrivais pas à l'ouvrir parce que ce message d'erreur est apparu (PDF printer not found).

J'ai téléchargé des imprimantes virtuelles comme (pdf x change et pdf Creator) pour résoudre le problème mais le même message d'erreur apparaît.

Est ce que vous avez une solution pour ce problème?

Est ce que quelqu'un a déjà rencontré ce problème?

I had the same problem, and I solved re-installing PDF X-Change as the document says on the step

4. Reinstall PDF Exchange

Download and install PDF X-Change on the server, and let me know

i already download PDF X CHANGE, and it does not work.

what do you mean by " install pdf... on the server"?

You should install PDF XCHANGE on the server (not in the desktop)

Did you see the other suggestions on the document?... there is a workaround to solve this issue...

You just need to double click and follow instructions.
