extension where to start?

Good morning everyone, I'm starting now with QlikView a fantastic and powerful tool, so I'm trying to understand a little more about extensions and I'm not finding the documentation to be able to start using it. Could someone help me as I start my first extension creates a manual, tutorial etc. .. whatever it takes to begin to understand and develop extensions?
