failed to load frame

Does anybody encountered this particular error message?

We are using IE plugin to access qvw documents. Really appreciate if somebody does met this error.

We recently ran into the same error on a system. Did you ever find out what triggered the error?

We are using the OCX, and our error occurred during opening and attempting to run a load.
