generating new rows using loop/autogenrate qlikview

My goal is to create additional lines, depending on the maximum date value,

As can be seen in the example I have attached, in this example, the maximum date value is 2017-12,

I need to generate for each dedicated key (COST CENTER ID column) all the records up to it

Maximum date.

I will be happy to hear about the solution options
