can google analytical track user selection on QV model?

i would like to analyze the users selection on my qvw models

I don't think Google Analytics can be used for this purpose. But you can use the Audit Logging option. Enable Audit Logs on the QMC Logging tab and check "extensive audit logs" to track selections as well.
