I have created Fiscal calender based on the employee DOJ and DOL
If Emp 1 has DOJ (1-Jan-2016) and DOL(31-Dec-2016)
As per my script,
It generates for Emp1 Caldate from 1-Jan-2016 to 31-Dec-2016
If Emp has no DOL,Then it generates from DOJ to till today
For Emp2 has DOJ 14-Aug-2016 and no DOL
Then Caldate start from 14-Aug-2016 to till today
as well as I have created
age bucket, tenure bucket, Join_Flag, Attrition_Flag , Active_Flag and
MonthID, Year_Flag, Quarter_Flag and Month_Flag.
So far everything is cool no issues but if reload the application then it is taking too long because of Cal_date.
Now I want reduce the some unnecessary dates by applying some conditions for Cal_date.
Load only month end date instead of all the dates for the particular month.
Case1:
If Emp has DOJ 1-Jan-2016 and DOL 31-Dec-2016
Then,
31-Jan-2016
28-Feb-2016
30-Mar-2016
---------------
31-Dec-2016
Case2:
Breaking months
If Emp has DOJ 27-Jan-2016 and DOL 4-Dec-2016
days:
27-Jan-2016
28-Jan-2016
29-Jan-2016
30-Jan-2016
Month
31-Mar-2016
30-Apr-2016

30-Nov-2016
and
1-Dec-2016
