how to get pop up while hovering fields in straight table ?

how to get field name as pop up when we hover the mouse on the fields in the straight table?

Expected Result: need to get for all the fields (ie) for both Expressions as well as Dimensions

Straight tables can't show popups afaik.

I agree with Gysbert, And if user want that you may work around you can use Text objects. And then use, Business name from Caption tab with help text and then use what ever you want or where ever you want to place that.
