iPhone Authentication - Timed Out

I am going through my WiFi (like Comcast, ATT) to connect to my QVServer v9.0. I input the ip address and my user and pass. There is no domain hence the domainname is excluded from the username.

I get a Server Error-Timed Out on the iPhone.

Has anyone else encountered a similar error and possibly got around it?

Were you ever able to get the app working? I'm having the same error.

Yes, looked like a network issue. The load was high and the server fetch timed out all the time.
