ipad download problem

Hi, we have a problem with ipad download function. Suppose I download a Qlikview file "A" and I can view it through "Offine views". However after I signning off and then signning in, I cannot find the file "A" under Offline views. Actually the "offline views" is empty now.

Could you please help me solve this problem? I want to see the downloaded file after I re-sign in.

Also, For files that I downloaded , it seems that I can only see the static file and there is no fuctions (like selections) for the Qlikview file. I want to know if this is the right case

Hi Ying,

If you sign off, all your offline views are deleted, there is no way of avoiding that.

In offline mode, you only can navigate through your preselected list and bookmarks of your choice.
