licenses assignment with groups?

Hi:

Users in server log with NTFS authorization (Windows) I have 2 ad groups and the dynamic CAL assignment gives to user in that group a licence.Now I don't have available licenses, all 45 are occupied. But what's really happening is that the assignment is for 43 users and the 2 groups. Why Qlikview don't lend that licences to a user?
