Since Qlikview is working in the series concept it is executing the script line by line. So you cannot load the data parellel into the single qlikview application.
If you are interested to reduce the time of loading you can opt for different applications to load the data from different sources and convert the tables into QVDs. Then you can load all the required QVDs for your transformation and development.
