minus between 2 time

i have data like this 

start_date                                                due_Date                            completed_time_Date

25-11-2020 09:00 AM	25-11-2020 06:00 PM	30-11-2020 10:27 AM
13-10-2020 10:55 AM	01-01-2021 10:55 AM
31-12-2020 06:00 PM	31-12-2020 06:00 PM
07-12-2020 09:00 AM	08-12-2020 06:00 PM	08-12-2020 09:41 AM
17-09-2020 09:00 AM	17-09-2020 06:00 PM	18-09-2020 10:25 AM

I want to minus between times.. like if hours is greater than 59 minutes then consider as Hours   and if hours is greater

then 24 then consider as day

I just want to minus startdate and completed_Time_Date and then compare respective result from due date time 

what should I do
