ocx error : accesspoint powerpoint access

Hi everybody,

I have to use a button to open a powerpoint doc, it was possible using qlikview developper but when i use the accesspoint i get an error popup saying : failure to launch xxx.pptx, anybody have the solution ? so helppp !!!
