problem with connecting to oracle

Can anyone help me with this

Connection Test Failed

SQL##f - SqlState: 08004, ErrorCode: 12154, ErrorMsg: [Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified

Contact Your Database Administrator and make sure that your tnsname entry is correct.
